SmoothPay's TeamViewer subscription means we can provide remote support direct to your desktop!

Product support and training is included in your subscription (and during your free trial period) and TeamViewer access is generally required to provide any assistance.

We recommend you download TeamViewer from here and save a link to your desktop (name it SmoothPay Support):




If there are any issues downloading TeamViewer you should check that popups are permitted for the gopayroll.net domain (each browser is different).

You may also need to clear your internet cache periodically to keep your browser functioning correctly (each browser is different).
